the "most significant relationship" test that now controls the
resolution of choice-of-law questions in tort actions, plaintiff's malicious
use of process claim based on a
lawsuit filed against him in New York arising out of the termination of
his partnership in a New York law firm is barred by New York's one-year limitations
period applicable to such actions. 06-25-12
